There are three production lines: “Bertumè” Timorasso still – and two types of bubbles, “Bolle in valle” refermented unfiltered sparkling wine, for which the only refermentation takes place with selected yeasts and “Mec l ‘è?” a sparkling refermented wine made by refermentation with must.

  • Contains 20 mg/l of total sulfur dioxide
  • No filtration
  • Re-fermentation in bottle with refrigerated must of the same vintage
  • Alcoholic grade: 12% Vol
  • Bottle: 0.75 l

  • Sparkling white wine, refermented in the bottle and not disgorged
  • Grapes: 100% Timorasso

  • Alcoholic grade: 12,5 %Vol
