There are three production lines: “Bertumè” Timorasso still – and two types of bubbles, “Bolle in valle” refermented unfiltered sparkling wine, for which the only refermentation takes place with selected yeasts and “Mec l ‘è?” a sparkling refermented wine made by refermentation with must.

- Sparkling white ancestral wine
- Grapes: 100% Timorasso
- Fermentation with indigenous yeasts
- Contains 20 mg/l of total sulfur dioxide
- No filtration
- Re-fermentation in bottle with refrigerated must of the same vintage
- Alcoholic grade: 12% Vol
- Bottle: 0.75 l
- Bottles Produced: 2800
Bolle in Valle 2019
- Sparkling white wine, refermented in the bottle and not disgorged
- Grapes: 100% Timorasso
- Fermentation with indigenous yeasts
- Contains 47 mg/l of total sulfur dioxide
- No filtration
- Refermentation in bottle with selected yeasts
- Alcoholic grade: 12,5 %Vol
- Bottle: 0,75 l
- Bottles Produced: 2700
